Last night I had a leadership Board meeting at my house for all of the Young Women leaders in my ward. {They seriously rock!} Since I'm a 'theme' kinda gal...I decided I wanted to base this meeting around SOMETHING. So why not.....PIE, right? It IS Thanksgiving soon!
I made up this little sheet to go over:

Mini Cream Pies. Now for my fun little find:
MINI Graham Cracker Pie crusts!!! And guess where I found them? Wal-mart! {That store is such a hit or miss to me!} They are the PERFECT size for one person. And...since they're MINI....they tend to look EXTRA cute!
I used THIS pumpkin cream pie recipe {it's my new favorite and I'm making an extra large pie of this for Thanksgiving.} And then for the banana cream....I just used the JELLO pudding recipe on the back of the box. Note: The back of the box says that if you are using the pudding for a pie...to decrease the amount of milk. Don't do this. Just make it like regular old pudding. You'll like it better that way.
